  • Sites containing or encouraging ANY illegal activity.
  • Sites promoting cruelty, hatred, racism, bigotry, or anti-semitism.
  • Sites providing instructions or discussions about illegal activities.
  • Sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities.
  • Sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail (SPAM/UCE).
  • Sites that are otherwise deemed inappropriate at our discression.
• Advertiser's site should be relevent to the material presented on USResolve.org for SE positioning
• The advertiser's site is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Advertiser must self-certify that they are COPPA compliant.
• The site clearly states if any charges or registration process is required for use of the site.
• The advertiser's link must not be to a doorway/hallway page, or redirect to an affiliate/3rd party advertiser.
• Links to affiliate sites are not accepted. Only fully qualified, top-level domains and sub-domains are accepted.
• Ads are presented in alpha-order. Only legible ads accepted. Ads created strictly to place higher in the alpha-order may be re-written or rejected at our discression.

USResolve.og reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in advertising programs.

Advertiser must read complete Terms of Use and Disclamers prior to bidding as no refunds will be credited for sites submitted that violate this agreement.

USResolve.org retains ownership and all rights to the USResolve.org name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. USResolve.org reserves the right to restrict the use of its name, system, logo, software, lists, databases, reports, and any information created or obtained by USResolve.org. Advertisers acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by USResolve.org for other marketing purposes. Email addresses are NOT sold, transferred or otherwise used in any way other than to communicate with the advertiser.<.p>

All advertisers agree to utilize the services of USResolve.org at their own risk. USResolve.org, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of USResolve.org. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.

You are encouraged to use your own discretion while browsing the Internet from searches initiated on USResolve.org. USResolve.org links may lead unintentionally to Web sites containing information that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. They may also lead to Web sites which contain inaccurate information, false or misleading advertising, or information which violates federal, state, or local laws of the United States of America or other countries. Site Use Agreement for General Users

You may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following:

Waiver, Release and Limitation of Liability

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to USResolve.org must be commenced within one(1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

USResolve.org's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. USResolve.org may assign its rights, obligations and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

By posting to the email contact form, you agree that your name and email address are posted to the public domain, and may be posted to our website.

Termination of this Agreement

Either you, the user or USResolve.org, may terminate your right to use USResolve.org at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. USResolve.org also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your USResolve.org account or Web site usage without prior notice, but USResolve.org will confirm such termination or suspension by subsequent notice, such as, by email. The provisions of User Agreement, Licensing and Idea Submissions and Indemnification and Waiver, Release and Limitation of Liability, Third Party Rights), Miscellaneous Provisions, shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

If you re-visit USResolve.org, you have re-instated this agreement.

Notice

Severability

The provisions of this User Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this User Agreement.
